Communications Manager (80-100 %)
temporary: March – November 2009
To start work in March 2009.
Your principal tasks:
- You support the Head of Communications in all areas of Corporate Communications such as Media Relations, Internal Communication, Corporate Identity Projects, Sponsoring and Lobbying.
- Your main responsibilities include Media Relations, managing the contacts to the international and Swiss press and writing press releases.
- You further help to develop and implement different internal communication topics as well as define and realise sponsoring and lobbying activities.
- Together with the Head of Communications you define key corporate messages and guarantee a consistent internal and external communication.
Your ideal profile:
You have an education in the area of Corporate Communications and its different fields and bring along successful achievements from a similar position. You are a native English speaker with excellent writing and editing skills. Our preferred candidate is a communicative and open team player and has a convincing appearance. To make the profile perfect you have a good knowledge of the Telecoms Industry and experience in working with the Media. You are based in Switzerland and between 25 and 45 years old.

IP Network Architecture Specialist (GSM)
To start work immediately or at a later date by agreement.
Your principal tasks:
- Specification of roaming IP based services in collaboration with Product Management
- Dimension and design IP network architecture for data services like MMS-Hub, SMS-Hub, GRX, VoIP, and IPX service
- Equipment supplier selections
- Participation in the sales process of Comfone
- Specific service customisation
Your ideal profile:
You have a university degree in Science Telecommunication or equivalent. 10 to 15 years experience in GSM (2G, 3G) roaming business and a good knowledge of core network architecture. 2.5G and 3G are especially required. You are a communicative and reliable person; your independent and ambitious qualities contribute to initiate innovations. Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken as well as the ability to write technical specifications (especially in English) are essential.

Sales Director Central Europe (Consultant Agreement)
Your principal tasks:
- Develop, implement and adopt local sales strategy and handle negotiations with your targeted customers
- Manage post-sales activities with key accounts (customer complaints, requests for product development, etc.)
- Responsible for customer retention
- Communicate effectively within the organisation to ensure the support of other key people and the achievement of product objectives
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers in CE to support current and future product objectives
- Give strategic inputs to sales analysis, current and potential customers and key needed programs
- Monitor and control product performance and give feedback to adjust plans accordingly
- Anticipate future trends in the local market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the products
- Organizes local and national customer events and trainings alone or with other EECA team members
Your ideal profile:
We are seeking a communicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment. You have a university degree and ideally an education in Sales & Marketing (incl. key account management). You have at least 3 years experience in telecoms, more specifically in the area of GSM-mobile/roaming. You possess effective presentation, communication and negotiation skills and are familiar in building long-lasting relationships with targeted customers. Fluency in English and other CE languages at a written and spoken level is an essential requirement. You are based in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic or Slovak Republic (home office) and willing to travel 35-45 % of your working time. You are between 28 and 35 years of age.
