Customer Care is very important to us and we pride ourselves on a workforce that is a dedicated, efficient and friendly team - a team that takes customer care very seriously.
Customer care is provided 24/7, 365 days per year. Our NOC specialists are available for emergency coverage and technical support for all our services including Signalling, Key2roam®, GRX and WeRoam. Network Operation Centre can be contacted for technical customer enquiries between the business hours from 0700 - 2100 (CET) by telephone, fax or email. For problem reports outside business hours your call will be forwarded to the on-call duty engineer.

Service Operation Centre is your single point of contact for all roaming coordination and administration matters. SOC will handle all your queries regarding set-up and testing of roaming relations via Key2roam, GCS, and other Comfone Hub Solutions.
